Information regarding Coronavirus – COVID-19

Welcome to Trance-Formed. We are Kristina and Jocelyn, fully qualified and experienced cognitive hypnotherapists and well-being coaches. Our therapy is collaborative and client centered and reflects our extensive training in many therapeutic disciplines, including hypnotherapy, tapping, positive psychology and mindfulness.

If you want to gain more confidence, be free of your fear of flying, lose weight or to feel less anxious, we have techniques and the experience to help you.  

We all have similar issues but are individual in how we experience them. Our therapy is designed around you – your thoughts, perceptions, beliefs and experiences. We aim to relieve symptoms by addressing causes so we will listen to you and learn from you in order to resolve your problems as quickly and efficiently as possible. During sessions we use focused interventions to improve your well-being and suggest life-style strategies and behavioural changes to promote the health of your mind and body.
